بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
15:1الٓر ۚ تِلْكَ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ وَقُرْءَانٍ مُّبِينٍ
15:1ALIF LAM RA. These are the verses of the Book and the perspicuous oration. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:2رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَوْ كَانُوا۟ مُسْلِمِينَ
15:2The unbelievers would haply like to wish that they had submitted (and become Muslim). - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:3ذَرْهُمْ يَأْكُلُوا۟ وَيَتَمَتَّعُوا۟ وَيُلْهِهِمُ ٱلْأَمَلُ ۖ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ
15:3Leave them to feast and revel, beguiled by hope; they will come to know soon. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:4وَمَآ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٌ مَّعْلُومٌ
15:4Not one habitation have We destroyed but at the time determined for it. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:5مَّا تَسْبِقُ مِنْ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسْتَـْٔخِرُونَ
15:5No people can hasten or delay the term already fixed for them. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:6وَقَالُوا۟ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِى نُزِّلَ عَلَيْهِ ٱلذِّكْرُ إِنَّكَ لَمَجْنُونٌ
15:6And yet they say: "You, to whom this Exposition has been sent are surely possessed of the Devil. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:7لَّوْ مَا تَأْتِينَا بِٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ
15:7If you are a man of truth, why can't you bring the angels to us?" - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:8مَا نُنَزِّلُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةَ إِلَّا بِٱلْحَقِّ وَمَا كَانُوٓا۟ إِذًا مُّنظَرِينَ
15:8But then We never send the angels down save with the purpose (of enforcing their doom), after which they will not be given more respite. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:9إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا ٱلذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَـٰفِظُونَ
15:9We have sent down this Exposition, and We will guard it. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:10وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ فِى شِيَعِ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
15:10We had also sent apostles to people of earlier persuasions. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:11وَمَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ
15:11But never once an apostle came to them at whom they did not scoff. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:12كَذَٰلِكَ نَسْلُكُهُۥ فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
15:12We place in the hearts of sinners (disbelief). - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:13لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِۦ ۖ وَقَدْ خَلَتْ سُنَّةُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
15:13So, they will not believe in it: The example of former people is there. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:14وَلَوْ فَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِم بَابًا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَظَلُّوا۟ فِيهِ يَعْرُجُونَ
15:14Even if We open a door in the heavens and they ascend through it in broad daylight, - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:15لَقَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَا سُكِّرَتْ أَبْصَـٰرُنَا بَلْ نَحْنُ قَوْمٌ مَّسْحُورُونَ
15:15They will say all the same: "Our eyes were dazed (and clouded over). We were a people ensorcelled." - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:16وَلَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ بُرُوجًا وَزَيَّنَّـٰهَا لِلنَّـٰظِرِينَ
15:16We have placed the signs of the Zodiac in the sky, and decked it out for those who can see; - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:17وَحَفِظْنَـٰهَا مِن كُلِّ شَيْطَـٰنٍ رَّجِيمٍ
15:17And We have preserved it from every accursed devil, - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:18إِلَّا مَنِ ٱسْتَرَقَ ٱلسَّمْعَ فَأَتْبَعَهُۥ شِهَابٌ مُّبِينٌ
15:18Except the ones who listen on the sly, yet they are chased away by a shooting flame. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:19وَٱلْأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَـٰهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَٰسِىَ وَأَنۢبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ شَىْءٍ مَّوْزُونٍ
15:19We stretched the earth and placed upon it firm stabilisers, and made all things grow upon it balanced evenly. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:20وَجَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ فِيهَا مَعَـٰيِشَ وَمَن لَّسْتُمْ لَهُۥ بِرَٰزِقِينَ
15:20We have provided on it sustenance for you, and for those you cannot provide. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:21وَإِن مِّن شَىْءٍ إِلَّا عِندَنَا خَزَآئِنُهُۥ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَّعْلُومٍ
15:21Of all things there are We have the stores, and send them down in determined measure. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:22وَأَرْسَلْنَا ٱلرِّيَـٰحَ لَوَٰقِحَ فَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَأَسْقَيْنَـٰكُمُوهُ وَمَآ أَنتُمْ لَهُۥ بِخَـٰزِنِينَ
15:22We send rain-impregnated winds, and water from the sky which you drink, but you are not the keepers of its store. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:23وَإِنَّا لَنَحْنُ نُحْىِۦ وَنُمِيتُ وَنَحْنُ ٱلْوَٰرِثُونَ
15:23It is We who give life and We who give death, and We are the One who will abide. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:24وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْنَا ٱلْمُسْتَقْدِمِينَ مِنكُمْ وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْنَا ٱلْمُسْتَـْٔخِرِينَ
15:24We surely know those of you who go forward and those of you who lag behind. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:25وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ يَحْشُرُهُمْ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ حَكِيمٌ عَلِيمٌ
15:25Your Lord will surely gather them together: Certainly He is all-wise and all-knowing. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:26وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ مِن صَلْصَـٰلٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ
15:26Man We fashioned from fermented clay dried tingling hard, - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:27وَٱلْجَآنَّ خَلَقْنَـٰهُ مِن قَبْلُ مِن نَّارِ ٱلسَّمُومِ
15:27As We fashioned jinns before from intense radiated heat. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:28وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ إِنِّى خَـٰلِقٌۢ بَشَرًا مِّن صَلْصَـٰلٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ
15:28But when your Lord said to the angels: "I am verily going to create a human being from fermented clay dried tingling hard; - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:29فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُۥ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِى فَقَعُوا۟ لَهُۥ سَـٰجِدِينَ
15:29And when I have fashioned him and breathed into him of My spirit, bow before him in homage;" - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:30فَسَجَدَ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ كُلُّهُمْ أَجْمَعُونَ
15:30The angels bowed in homage in a body - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:31إِلَّآ إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰٓ أَن يَكُونَ مَعَ ٱلسَّـٰجِدِينَ
15:31Except Iblis. He refused to bow with the adorers. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:32قَالَ يَـٰٓإِبْلِيسُ مَا لَكَ أَلَّا تَكُونَ مَعَ ٱلسَّـٰجِدِينَ
15:32"How is it, O Iblis," said (the Lord), "you did not join those who bowed in homage?" - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:33قَالَ لَمْ أَكُن لِّأَسْجُدَ لِبَشَرٍ خَلَقْتَهُۥ مِن صَلْصَـٰلٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ
15:33"How could I bow," said he, "before a mortal whom You created from fermented clay dried tingling hard?" - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:34قَالَ فَٱخْرُجْ مِنْهَا فَإِنَّكَ رَجِيمٌ
15:34"Go hence, execrable," (said the Lord), "from this place, - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:35وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكَ ٱللَّعْنَةَ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ
15:35Condemned till the day of Doom!" - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:36قَالَ رَبِّ فَأَنظِرْنِىٓ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ
15:36"O my Lord," said he, "give me respite till the day the dead are raised." - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:37قَالَ فَإِنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْمُنظَرِينَ
15:37"You are among the reprieved," (said the Lord), - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:38إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْوَقْتِ ٱلْمَعْلُومِ
15:38"Till the predetermined time." - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:39قَالَ رَبِّ بِمَآ أَغْوَيْتَنِى لَأُزَيِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَأُغْوِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
15:39"O my Lord," he said, "since You have led me into error I'll beguile them with the pleasures of the world and lead them astray, - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:40إِلَّا عِبَادَكَ مِنْهُمُ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ
15:40Except the chosen ones among Your creatures." - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:41قَالَ هَـٰذَا صِرَٰطٌ عَلَىَّ مُسْتَقِيمٌ
15:41(To which God) said: "This way is right by Me. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:42إِنَّ عِبَادِى لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَـٰنٌ إِلَّا مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلْغَاوِينَ
15:42No power shall you have over (all) My creatures except those who fall into error and follow you, - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:43وَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ لَمَوْعِدُهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
15:43For whom the ordained place is surely Hell, - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:44لَهَا سَبْعَةُ أَبْوَٰبٍ لِّكُلِّ بَابٍ مِّنْهُمْ جُزْءٌ مَّقْسُومٌ
15:44Which has several gates, and each gate is marked for every section of them." - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:45إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّـٰتٍ وَعُيُونٍ
15:45Verily those who keep away from evil and follow the straight path shall be in the midst of gardens and springs of water. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:46ٱدْخُلُوهَا بِسَلَـٰمٍ ءَامِنِينَ
15:46"Enter in peace and tranquility," (they will be told). - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:47وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِى صُدُورِهِم مِّنْ غِلٍّ إِخْوَٰنًا عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ مُّتَقَـٰبِلِينَ
15:47We shall cast out any grudge they may have in their hearts. (There) they will sit on couches face to face like brothers together. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:48لَا يَمَسُّهُمْ فِيهَا نَصَبٌ وَمَا هُم مِّنْهَا بِمُخْرَجِينَ
15:48No weariness will come upon them, nor will they be sent away from there. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:49۞ نَبِّئْ عِبَادِىٓ أَنِّىٓ أَنَا ٱلْغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
15:49Announce to My creatures that I am indeed forgiving and kind, - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:50وَأَنَّ عَذَابِى هُوَ ٱلْعَذَابُ ٱلْأَلِيمُ
15:50But My punishment is surely a painful one. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:51وَنَبِّئْهُمْ عَن ضَيْفِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ
15:51Inform them about the matter of Abraham's guests. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:52إِذْ دَخَلُوا۟ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالُوا۟ سَلَـٰمًا قَالَ إِنَّا مِنكُمْ وَجِلُونَ
15:52When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:53قَالُوا۟ لَا تَوْجَلْ إِنَّا نُبَشِّرُكَ بِغُلَـٰمٍ عَلِيمٍ
15:53"Have no fear," they said. "We bring you news of a son full of wisdom." - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:54قَالَ أَبَشَّرْتُمُونِى عَلَىٰٓ أَن مَّسَّنِىَ ٱلْكِبَرُ فَبِمَ تُبَشِّرُونَ
15:54"You bring me the good news now," he said, "when old age has come upon me. What good news are you giving me then?" - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:55قَالُوا۟ بَشَّرْنَـٰكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ فَلَا تَكُن مِّنَ ٱلْقَـٰنِطِينَ
15:55"We have given you the happy tidings of a truth," they replied. "So do not be one of those who despair." - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:56قَالَ وَمَن يَقْنَطُ مِن رَّحْمَةِ رَبِّهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ
15:56"Who would despair of the mercy of his Lord," he answered, "but those who go astray." - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:57قَالَ فَمَا خَطْبُكُمْ أَيُّهَا ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ
15:57And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:58قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّآ أُرْسِلْنَآ إِلَىٰ قَوْمٍ مُّجْرِمِينَ
15:58"We have been sent," they said, "to (punish) a sinful people, - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:59إِلَّآ ءَالَ لُوطٍ إِنَّا لَمُنَجُّوهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
15:59"Except the family of Lot whom we shall save - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:60إِلَّا ٱمْرَأَتَهُۥ قَدَّرْنَآ ۙ إِنَّهَا لَمِنَ ٱلْغَـٰبِرِينَ
15:60"Other than his wife who, it is decreed, will remain with those who will stay behind." - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:61فَلَمَّا جَآءَ ءَالَ لُوطٍ ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ
15:61When the messengers came to the family of Lot, - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:62قَالَ إِنَّكُمْ قَوْمٌ مُّنكَرُونَ
15:62He said: "You are people I do not know." - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:63قَالُوا۟ بَلْ جِئْنَـٰكَ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ فِيهِ يَمْتَرُونَ
15:63"We have come to you with news," they said, "of what your people doubt; - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:64وَأَتَيْنَـٰكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَإِنَّا لَصَـٰدِقُونَ
15:64"Yet we bring to you the truth, and we are truthful. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:65فَأَسْرِ بِأَهْلِكَ بِقِطْعٍ مِّنَ ٱلَّيْلِ وَٱتَّبِعْ أَدْبَـٰرَهُمْ وَلَا يَلْتَفِتْ مِنكُمْ أَحَدٌ وَٱمْضُوا۟ حَيْثُ تُؤْمَرُونَ
15:65"So leave with your family late in the night, yourself remaining in the rear, and let none turn back to look, and go where you will be commanded." - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:66وَقَضَيْنَآ إِلَيْهِ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْأَمْرَ أَنَّ دَابِرَ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ مَقْطُوعٌ مُّصْبِحِينَ
15:66We issued this command to him, for they were going to be destroyed in the morning. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:67وَجَآءَ أَهْلُ ٱلْمَدِينَةِ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ
15:67Then came the people of the city, exulting at the news. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:68قَالَ إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ ضَيْفِى فَلَا تَفْضَحُونِ
15:68Said Lot: "These are my guests; do not put me to shame, - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:69وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَلَا تُخْزُونِ
15:69"And do not disgrace me. Have some fear of God." - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:70قَالُوٓا۟ أَوَلَمْ نَنْهَكَ عَنِ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
15:70"Did we not restrain you," they said, "from (entertaining) creatures from the outside world?" - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:71قَالَ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ بَنَاتِىٓ إِن كُنتُمْ فَـٰعِلِينَ
15:71"Here are my daughters," said Lot, "if you are so active." - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:72لَعَمْرُكَ إِنَّهُمْ لَفِى سَكْرَتِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
15:72Verily by your life they were utterly confused in their (lustful) drunkenness. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:73فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ ٱلصَّيْحَةُ مُشْرِقِينَ
15:73So they were seized by the mighty blast at break of day; - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:74فَجَعَلْنَا عَـٰلِيَهَا سَافِلَهَا وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ حِجَارَةً مِّن سِجِّيلٍ
15:74And We turned the city upside down, and rained on them stones of hardened lava. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:75إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَـٰتٍ لِّلْمُتَوَسِّمِينَ
15:75Herein are really signs for those who discern. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:76وَإِنَّهَا لَبِسَبِيلٍ مُّقِيمٍ
15:76This (city) lies on a road that still survives. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:77إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
15:77Indeed there is a portent in this for those who believe. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:78وَإِن كَانَ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْأَيْكَةِ لَظَـٰلِمِينَ
15:78The dwellers of the Wood (near Midian) were also wicked. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:79فَٱنتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمَا لَبِإِمَامٍ مُّبِينٍ
15:79So We punished them too. They are both situated by the highway, clearly visible. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:80وَلَقَدْ كَذَّبَ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْحِجْرِ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
15:80The people of Al-Hijr denied Our apostles; - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:81وَءَاتَيْنَـٰهُمْ ءَايَـٰتِنَا فَكَانُوا۟ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ
15:81And though We had given them Our signs they turned away from them. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:82وَكَانُوا۟ يَنْحِتُونَ مِنَ ٱلْجِبَالِ بُيُوتًا ءَامِنِينَ
15:82They used to hew dwellings in the mountains to live in security. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:83فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ ٱلصَّيْحَةُ مُصْبِحِينَ
15:83But they were seized by the mighty blast towards the morning; - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:84فَمَآ أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يَكْسِبُونَ
15:84And all that they had done (for security) availed them nothing. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:85وَمَا خَلَقْنَا ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَآ إِلَّا بِٱلْحَقِّ ۗ وَإِنَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ لَـَٔاتِيَةٌ ۖ فَٱصْفَحِ ٱلصَّفْحَ ٱلْجَمِيلَ
15:85We have not created but with reason the heavens and the earth and all that lies within them. The Hour (of the great change) is certain to come. So turn away (from them) with a grace. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:86إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ ٱلْخَلَّـٰقُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ
15:86Surely your Lord is the Creator and knows (everything). - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:87وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَـٰكَ سَبْعًا مِّنَ ٱلْمَثَانِى وَٱلْقُرْءَانَ ٱلْعَظِيمَ
15:87We have indeed given you the seven oft-repeated (examples), and the majestic Qur'an. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:88لَا تَمُدَّنَّ عَيْنَيْكَ إِلَىٰ مَا مَتَّعْنَا بِهِۦٓ أَزْوَٰجًا مِّنْهُمْ وَلَا تَحْزَنْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَٱخْفِضْ جَنَاحَكَ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
15:88So covet not things We have bestowed on a portion of them to enjoy, and do not grieve for them, and protect those who believe; - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:89وَقُلْ إِنِّىٓ أَنَا ٱلنَّذِيرُ ٱلْمُبِينُ
15:89And say: "I am a distinct warner," - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:90كَمَآ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَى ٱلْمُقْتَسِمِينَ
15:90Like (those) We had sent to those schismatics who slandered their Books - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:91ٱلَّذِينَ جَعَلُوا۟ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ عِضِينَ
15:91And severed their Scripture into fragments. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:92فَوَرَبِّكَ لَنَسْـَٔلَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
15:92By your Lord We shall question them one and all - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:93عَمَّا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ
15:93About their deeds. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:94فَٱصْدَعْ بِمَا تُؤْمَرُ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ
15:94So declare to them what We have enjoined, and turn away from idolaters. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:95إِنَّا كَفَيْنَـٰكَ ٱلْمُسْتَهْزِءِينَ
15:95We are surely sufficient to deal with those who scoff at you, - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:96ٱلَّذِينَ يَجْعَلُونَ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَـٰهًا ءَاخَرَ ۚ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ
15:96Who place other gods besides God. They will come to know soon. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:97وَلَقَدْ نَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ يَضِيقُ صَدْرُكَ بِمَا يَقُولُونَ
15:97We are well aware that you are disheartened by what they say. - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:98فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَكُن مِّنَ ٱلسَّـٰجِدِينَ
15:98But you should glorify your Lord with praises, and be among those who bow in submission; - Ahmed Ali (English)
15:99وَٱعْبُدْ رَبَّكَ حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَكَ ٱلْيَقِينُ
15:99And go on worshipping your Lord till the certainty (of death) comes upon you. - Ahmed Ali (English)
