23:80
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ وَلَهُ ٱخْتِلَـٰفُ ٱلَّيْلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ ۚ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ

And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and for Him are the alternations of night and day; so do you not have sense? - Ahmed Raza Khan (English)
