وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَسْتَمِعُونَ إِلَيْكَ ۚ أَفَأَنتَ تُسْمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ وَلَوْ كَانُوا۟ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ

And among them are some who listen to you, but can you make the deaf to hear -- even though they apprehend not - Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri (English)
