إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

Indeed, those upon whom the word of your Lord has come into effect will not believe, - Saheeh International (English)
