بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

17:29
وَلَا تَجْعَلْ يَدَكَ مَغْلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبْسُطْهَا كُلَّ ٱلْبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدَ مَلُومًا مَّحْسُورًا

And do not keep your hand chained to your neck (when spending), nor open it completely, so that you will sit blamed and destitute. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
