20:4
تَنزِيلًا مِّمَّنْ خَلَقَ ٱلْأَرْضَ وَٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ ٱلْعُلَى

It is a sending down from Him who has created the earth, and the high heavens, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
