قَالَ يَـٰهَـٰرُونُ مَا مَنَعَكَ إِذْ رَأَيْتَهُمْ ضَلُّوٓا۟

(After rebuking his people) Moses turned to Aaron and said: "Aaron! What prevented you, when you saw them going astray, - Abul Ala Maududi (English)
