21:9
ثُمَّ صَدَقْنَـٰهُمُ ٱلْوَعْدَ فَأَنجَيْنَـٰهُمْ وَمَن نَّشَآءُ وَأَهْلَكْنَا ٱلْمُسْرِفِينَ

Then We fulfilled to them the promise. So We saved them and those whom We willed, but We destroyed Al-Musrifin. - Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri (English)
