21:95
وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَـٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ

And a ban is laid on every town which We have destroyed that they shall not return. - Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri (English)
