22:13
يَدْعُوا۟ لَمَن ضَرُّهُۥٓ أَقْرَبُ مِن نَّفْعِهِۦ ۚ لَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَوْلَىٰ وَلَبِئْسَ ٱلْعَشِيرُ

He invokes those that are more likely to cause him harm than benefit. Such is surely an evil patron, and an evil associate. - Abul Ala Maududi (English)
