23:80
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ وَلَهُ ٱخْتِلَـٰفُ ٱلَّيْلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ ۚ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ

And He it is Who gives life and causes death, and (in) His (control) is the alternation of the night and the day; do you not then understand? - Mohammad Habib Shakir (English)
