25:67
وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَنفَقُوا۟ لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا۟ وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا۟ وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ قَوَامًا

who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor miserly but keep the golden mean between the two (extremes): - Abul Ala Maududi (English)
