فَأَنجَيْنَـٰهُ وَأَهْلَهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱمْرَأَتَهُۥ قَدَّرْنَـٰهَا مِنَ ٱلْغَـٰبِرِينَ

Eventually We saved (Lot) and his family, except his wife. We had decreed that she should be among those who would remain behind. - Abul Ala Maududi (English)
