In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
30:18
وَلَهُ ٱلْحَمْدُ فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَعَشِيًّا وَحِينَ تُظْهِرُونَ

and praise be to Him in the heavens and on the earth, and glorify Him in the late afternoon, and at midday. - Wahiduddin Khan (English)
