بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

قَالُوا۟ بَل لَّمْ تَكُونُوا۟ مُؤْمِنِينَ

The oppressors will say, "Rather, you [yourselves] were not believers, - Saheeh International (English)
