40:36
وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ يَـٰهَـٰمَـٰنُ ٱبْنِ لِى صَرْحًا لَّعَلِّىٓ أَبْلُغُ ٱلْأَسْبَـٰبَ

Pharaoh said: “Haman, build for me a lofty tower that I may scale the highways -- - Abul Ala Maududi (English)
