بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
51:4 فَٱلْمُقَسِّمَـٰتِ أَمْرًا

Then those (angels who) distribute blessings by Our command;
