بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

53:43
وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضْحَكَ وَأَبْكَىٰ

And that it is He who makes [one] laugh and weep - Saheeh International (English)
