بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
74:28 لَا تُبْقِى وَلَا تَذَرُ

It does not allow anyone to live, and neither does it leave anyone to die;
