In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
89:16
وَأَمَّآ إِذَا مَا ٱبْتَلَىٰهُ فَقَدَرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقَهُۥ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّىٓ أَهَـٰنَنِ

But when He tries him (differently), then straitens to him his means of subsistence, he says: My Lord has disgraced me. - Mohammad Habib Shakir (English)
