فَأَمَّا مَنْ أَعْطَىٰ وَٱتَّقَىٰ

As for him who gives (in charity) and keeps his duty to Allah and fears Him, - Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan (English)
