بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
95:5 ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَـٰهُ أَسْفَلَ سَـٰفِلِينَ

We then turned him towards all the lowest of the low states.
