بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
93:1وَٱلضُّحَىٰ
93:1I CALL TO witness the early hours of morning, - Ahmed Ali (English)
93:2وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ
93:2And the night when dark and still, - Ahmed Ali (English)
93:3مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ
93:3Your Lord has neither left you, nor despises you. - Ahmed Ali (English)
93:4وَلَلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْأُولَىٰ
93:4What is to come is better for you than what has gone before; - Ahmed Ali (English)
93:5وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰٓ
93:5For your Lord will certainly give you, and you will be content. - Ahmed Ali (English)
93:6أَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيمًا فَـَٔاوَىٰ
93:6Did He not find you an orphan and take care of you? - Ahmed Ali (English)
93:7وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًّا فَهَدَىٰ
93:7Did He not find you perplexed, and show you the way? - Ahmed Ali (English)
93:8وَوَجَدَكَ عَآئِلًا فَأَغْنَىٰ
93:8Did He not find you poor and enrich you? - Ahmed Ali (English)
93:9فَأَمَّا ٱلْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ
93:9So do not oppress the orphan, - Ahmed Ali (English)
93:10وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ
93:10And do not drive the beggar away, - Ahmed Ali (English)
93:11وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ
93:11And keep recounting the favours of your Lord. - Ahmed Ali (English)
