بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

70:4
تَعْرُجُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ إِلَيْهِ فِى يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُۥ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ

The angels and the Ruh [Jibrael (Gabriel)] ascend to Him in a Day the measure whereof is fifty thousand years, - Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan (English)
