23:76
وَلَقَدْ أَخَذْنَـٰهُم بِٱلْعَذَابِ فَمَا ٱسْتَكَانُوا۟ لِرَبِّهِمْ وَمَا يَتَضَرَّعُونَ

And indeed We grasped them with punishment, so neither did they submit themselves to their Lord, nor do they cry humbly. - Ahmed Raza Khan (English)
