Transliteration
Wahiduddin Khan
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
105:1
أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصْحَـٰبِ ٱلْفِيلِ
105:1
Have you not seen how your Lord dealt with the people of the elephants? - Abul Ala Maududi (English)

أَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُمْ فِى تَضْلِيلٍ
105:2
Did He not bring their plan to naught? - Abul Ala Maududi (English)

وَأَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ طَيْرًا أَبَابِيلَ
105:3
And He sent against them swarms of birds - Abul Ala Maududi (English)

تَرْمِيهِم بِحِجَارَةٍ مِّن سِجِّيلٍ
105:4
which smote them with stones of baked clay, - Abul Ala Maududi (English)

فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍ مَّأْكُولٍۭ
105:5
