بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
100:1
وَٱلْعَـٰدِيَـٰتِ ضَبْحًا
100:1
By the snorting, panting horses, - Wahiduddin Khan (English)
100:2
فَٱلْمُورِيَـٰتِ قَدْحًا
100:2
striking sparks of fire with their hooves, - Wahiduddin Khan (English)
100:3
فَٱلْمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبْحًا
100:3
as they gallop to make raids at dawn, - Wahiduddin Khan (English)
100:4
فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِۦ نَقْعًا
100:4
and raising clouds of dust, - Wahiduddin Khan (English)
100:5
فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِۦ جَمْعًا
100:5
forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, - Wahiduddin Khan (English)
100:6
إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٌ
100:6
surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. - Wahiduddin Khan (English)
100:7
وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ
100:7
He himself bears witness to that. - Wahiduddin Khan (English)
100:8
وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ
100:8
Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. - Wahiduddin Khan (English)
100:9
۞ أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ
100:9
Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? - Wahiduddin Khan (English)
100:10
وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ
100:10
And the hearts' contents shall be brought into the open? - Wahiduddin Khan (English)
100:11
إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّخَبِيرٌۢ
100:11
Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. - Wahiduddin Khan (English)
