بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
93:1
وَٱلضُّحَىٰ
93:1
By the midmorning, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
93:2
وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ
93:2
and by the night when it covers, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
93:3
مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ
93:3
your Lord has not forsaken you (Prophet Muhammad), nor does He hate you. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
93:4
وَلَلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْأُولَىٰ
93:4
The Last shall be better for you than the First. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
93:5
وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰٓ
93:5
Your Lord will give you, and you will be satisfied. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
93:6
أَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيمًا فَـَٔاوَىٰ
93:6
Did He not find you an orphan and give you shelter? - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
93:7
وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًّا فَهَدَىٰ
93:7
Did He not find you a wanderer so He guided you? - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
93:8
وَوَجَدَكَ عَآئِلًا فَأَغْنَىٰ
93:8
Did He not find you poor and suffice you? - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
93:9
فَأَمَّا ٱلْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ
93:9
Do not oppress the orphan, - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
93:10
وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ
93:10
nor drive away the one who asks. - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
93:11
وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ
93:11
But tell of the favors of your Lord! - Hasan al-Fatih Qaribullah and Ahmad Darwish (English)
