بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
93:1
وَٱلضُّحَىٰ
93:1
By the morning brightness, - Ali Quli Qarai (English)
93:2
وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ
93:2
and by the night when it is calm! - Ali Quli Qarai (English)
93:3
مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ
93:3
Your Lord has neither forsaken you, nor is He displeased with you, - Ali Quli Qarai (English)
93:4
وَلَلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْأُولَىٰ
93:4
and the Hereafter shall be better for you than the world. - Ali Quli Qarai (English)
93:5
وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰٓ
93:5
Soon your Lord will give you [that with which] you will be pleased. - Ali Quli Qarai (English)
93:6
أَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيمًا فَـَٔاوَىٰ
93:6
Did He not find you an orphan, and shelter you? - Ali Quli Qarai (English)
93:7
وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًّا فَهَدَىٰ
93:7
Did He not find you astray, and guide you? - Ali Quli Qarai (English)
93:8
وَوَجَدَكَ عَآئِلًا فَأَغْنَىٰ
93:8
Did He not find you needy, and enrich you? - Ali Quli Qarai (English)
93:9
فَأَمَّا ٱلْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ
93:9
So, as for the orphan, do not oppress him; - Ali Quli Qarai (English)
93:10
وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ
93:10
and as for the beggar, do not chide him; - Ali Quli Qarai (English)
93:11
وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ
93:11
and as for your Lord’s blessing, proclaim it! - Ali Quli Qarai (English)
