بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
93:1
وَٱلضُّحَىٰ
93:1

وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ
93:2

مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ
93:3
Thy Lord has neither forsaken thee nor hates thee - A. J. Arberry (English)
93:4
وَلَلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْأُولَىٰ
93:4
and the Last shall be better for thee than the First. - A. J. Arberry (English)
93:5
وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰٓ
93:5
Thy Lord shall give thee, and thou shalt be satisfied. - A. J. Arberry (English)
93:6
أَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيمًا فَـَٔاوَىٰ
93:6
Did He not find thee an orphan, and shelter thee? - A. J. Arberry (English)
93:7
وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًّا فَهَدَىٰ
93:7
Did He not find thee erring, and guide thee? - A. J. Arberry (English)
93:8
وَوَجَدَكَ عَآئِلًا فَأَغْنَىٰ
93:8
Did He not find thee needy, and suffice thee? - A. J. Arberry (English)
93:9
فَأَمَّا ٱلْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ
93:9
As for the orphan, do not oppress him, - A. J. Arberry (English)
93:10
وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ
93:10
and as for the beggar, scold him not; - A. J. Arberry (English)

وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ
93:11
and as for thy Lord's blessing, declare it. - A. J. Arberry (English)
