بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
93:1
وَٱلضُّحَىٰ
93:1
By the morning brightness, - Abdul Majid Daryabadi (English)
93:2
وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ
93:2
By the night when it darkeneth, - Abdul Majid Daryabadi (English)
93:3
مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ
93:3
Thy Lord hath not forsaken thee, nor is He displeased. - Abdul Majid Daryabadi (English)
93:4
وَلَلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْأُولَىٰ
93:4
And the Hereafter is indeed better Unto thee than the life present. - Abdul Majid Daryabadi (English)
93:5
وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰٓ
93:5
And presently thy Lord shall give Unto thee so that thou shalt be be well-pleased. - Abdul Majid Daryabadi (English)
93:6
أَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيمًا فَـَٔاوَىٰ
93:6
Found He not thee an orphan, so He sheltered thee? - Abdul Majid Daryabadi (English)
93:7
وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًّا فَهَدَىٰ
93:7
And He found thee wandering, so He guided thee, - Abdul Majid Daryabadi (English)
93:8
وَوَجَدَكَ عَآئِلًا فَأَغْنَىٰ
93:8
And He found thee destitute, so He enriched thee. - Abdul Majid Daryabadi (English)
93:9
فَأَمَّا ٱلْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ
93:9
Wherefore as to the orphan, be thou not Unto him overbearing. - Abdul Majid Daryabadi (English)
93:10
وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ
93:10
And as to the beggar, chide thou him not. - Abdul Majid Daryabadi (English)
93:11
وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ
93:11
And as to the favour of thine Lord discourse thou thereof. - Abdul Majid Daryabadi (English)
